Productive Alternatives Employment Services helps walk individuals through the process of finding a job that will best suit them. Our goal is that individuals will discover their gifts, earn supportive wages, and live life to their full ability in the community they love.
A referral is needed from a county case manager, or from Vocational Rehabilitation Services in order for us to place an individual. Private pay referrals are an option when needed. We are only a vendor but are more than willing to assist you through the process.

Donations made, where a return of goods or services are not provided are tax deductable.
Productive Alternatives, Inc. is a 245D licensed waiver provider that delivers employment and vocational rehabilitation services throughout Minnesota. We maintain a Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Provider Technical Contract to provide both Adult Employment Services and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and we are an approved Extended Employment Services provider. Depending on location, we also offer Customized Employment and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to help individuals achieve and maintain meaningful, competitive, integrated employment.
