Employment Training
Vocational rehabilitation is a free individualized employment program for those with disabilities. Our mission with our vocational rehab services is to help provide individuals, with a unique set of circumstances, a place of employment.
Vocational rehabilitation may include:
- Referral services
- Rehabilitation program
- Counciling
- On-the-job training
- Transportation
- Accomodations
- Guidance into or return to work
In order to qualify for federally funded vocational rehabilitation, you must fall within these guidelines. You must have a physical or mental condition that causes a “substantial impediment” to your ability to work and you must be able to benefit from vocational rehabilitation services.
