Productive Pathways is a mental health therapy program offering comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. Our licensed clinicians collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, and more.
Meeting with a mental health professional at Pathways is ideal for those seeking to improve their mental health in a safe, supportive, outpatient environment. We work towards empowering individuals to build resilience, develop coping skills, relieve symptoms, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall well-being.
Our services are offered for ages two and up. We provide individual, group, family, and couple services.

Productive Alternatives, Inc. is a 245D licensed waiver provider that delivers employment and vocational rehabilitation services throughout Minnesota. We maintain a Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Provider Technical Contract to provide both Adult Employment Services and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and we are an approved Extended Employment Services provider. Depending on location, we also offer Customized Employment and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to help individuals achieve and maintain meaningful, competitive, integrated employment.
