Located in the heart of west-central Minnesota, our Hoffman branch provides two key services to meet the needs of the community: Day Support Services and a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU).
Our Day Services help individuals with disabilities build independence, develop life skills, and engage in meaningful activities within their community. We focus on creating supportive, person-centered experiences that promote growth, inclusion, and personal achievement.
The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Hoffman offers short-term, community-based mental health support in a safe and welcoming environment. Our caring team assists individuals in crisis with stabilizing symptoms, building coping skills, and connecting to long-term supports for ongoing wellness.

Productive Alternatives, Inc. is a 245D licensed waiver provider that delivers employment and vocational rehabilitation services throughout Minnesota. We maintain a Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Provider Technical Contract to provide both Adult Employment Services and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and we are an approved Extended Employment Services provider. Depending on location, we also offer Customized Employment and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to help individuals achieve and maintain meaningful, competitive, integrated employment.
