Productive Alternatives, Inc., based in Fergus Falls, proudly serves a broad region through our seven additional branch locations in Moorhead, Perham, Brainerd, Little Falls, Fosston, Hoffman, and Alexandria. We provide services to individuals across the surrounding communities, offering support where it’s needed most.

Donations made, where a return of goods or services are not provided are tax deductable.
Productive Alternatives, Inc. is a 245D licensed waiver provider that delivers employment and vocational rehabilitation services throughout Minnesota. We maintain a Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Provider Technical Contract to provide both Adult Employment Services and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and we are an approved Extended Employment Services provider. Depending on location, we also offer Customized Employment and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to help individuals achieve and maintain meaningful, competitive, integrated employment.
