Our Placement Specialists assist the client in finding a competitive job based on their job goals. Person-centered career planning is used to find the client a job that he/she/they are interested in and excited about. The Placement Specialist will match up the client’s skills, interests and abilities to find a good match.

Productive Alternatives, Inc. is a 245D licensed waiver provider that delivers employment and vocational rehabilitation services throughout Minnesota. We maintain a Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Provider Technical Contract to provide both Adult Employment Services and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and we are an approved Extended Employment Services provider. Depending on location, we also offer Customized Employment and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to help individuals achieve and maintain meaningful, competitive, integrated employment.
