Productive Alternatives has been specializing in creating pathways to employment for adults with disabilities since 1959. We enable people to discover their gifts, earn supportive wages, and live life to their full ability.
Our goal is to match an employee or employees to help fill your workforce needs. Whether you have full time, part time, temporary or permanent employment needs, we are here to help. We provide on-site coaching to develop and implement all phases of employment along with continued support as needed.
