Fee-based transportation for clients and the general public

Transit Alternatives’ Otter Express provides transportation options for all residents (adults, children, youth, elderly, and individuals with disabilities. We provide public transit in Fergus Falls, Perham, Breckenridge, and Parkers Prairie Minnesota.  We also have a Volunteer Driver program which is based on medical need. Transit Alternatives is safe and efficient. 

We serve persons who have minor to severe challenges.  We provide facilities where they can attend during the day filled with activities, social interaction, field trips, and more!  We also assist in getting persons with challenges employment and have an employee attend their job with them to help them succeed at their employment.  Our production department employs many persons that may have a more challenging time securing employment in the traditional employment.  These three areas are significant reasons why we need your donations to help serve people in need!  Your donations can help PAI purchase equipment, pay to get into various attractions for field trips, purchase supplies for crafts, attract different speakers to come and talk to our clients, and more!
